The data recorded by ScalextricPassion constitutes proof of the transactions made between ScalextricPassion and the buyers of its Private Community. ScalextricPassion will confirm your order by sending an email.

The contractual information is presented in the initially chosen language (Spanish or English) and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.

All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include transportation costs and those that may arise from the payment method.

ScalextricPassion reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), except for a typographical error.

Products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.ScalextricPassion reserves the right to reject an order from any buyer with whom it has a dispute.

ScalextricPassion will do its best to please all of its buyers in demand for the products.

Warranty

Guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and the user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and the user have the right to repair the product, replace it, reduce the price or cancel the contract.

Liability, litigation and applicable law

The Courts of Sabadell are the only competent ones. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any disagreement that may arise due to its validity, interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Sabadell, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed.

Modification of the general conditions of sale

ScalextricPassion reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to modify, delete or add both the content and the services provided through it in the manner in which they are presented or located on its servers.

The user must accept these changes every time they make a purchase through the ScalextricPassion page.

Members of the "ScalextricPassion Private Community" who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions, must notify it and, from the date the new version comes into force, they must stop using the ScalextricPassion services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions were illegal or not enforceable, it will be null and void and what is agreed by the parties will be applied and, failing that, what is established in the Spanish Civil Code.
